🚀 How to Use It:

Click the “Build Your Own Gang Sheet” button

Upload your high-quality transparent PNGs

Arrange your designs however you’d like

Step 1: Set Up Your Canvas Size

Go to Canva.com

Click “Create a design” → “Custom size”

Set the width to 12.75 inches

Set the height to your preferred length (e.g., 5", 10", 20", etc.)

👉 Common height choices:

24" = for short gang sheets

48" = for bulk jobs

Click “Create new design”

Step 2: Upload Your Designs

In the left-hand menu, click "Uploads"

Drag and drop your PNG images (with transparent background)
(These should be print-ready and sized appropriately)

Step 3: Arrange Your Designs

Drag each uploaded design onto the canvas.

Resize and rotate as needed.

Leave at least 0.25" space between each design to make cutting easier.

Optional: Add cut lines or borders around each design for visual separation (use thin boxes or dashed lines).

🧠 Tips:

Use rulers and guides (enable from “File” → “Show rulers/guides”) to keep things aligned.

Avoid stretching or pixelating small images—stay at or above 300 DPI.

Step 4: Final Checks Before Export

✅ All images are high-res PNGs
✅ Transparent backgrounds only
✅ Designs are not overlapping
✅ All elements are within the 12.75" width
✅ You’ve left a margin between images for cutting

Step 5: Export the Gang Sheet

Click "Share" (top-right)

Click "Download"

Set file type to PDF Print (for best quality) or PNG (if your RIP software needs it)

Make sure “Flatten PDF” is NOT checked (if you use transparent PNGs inside)

Click Download
