🛡️ No Heat Needed — Pressure-Activated Adhesive: Cold lamination bonds at room temperature using a pressure-sensitive adhesive, so it’s safe for heat-sensitive materials like inkjet prints, photos, vinyl stickers, and more.

💧 Waterproof, Scratch and Tear resistant: Adds a robust protective layer to prevent water damage, scratches, fading, and wear — ideal for stickers, labels, signs, bookmarks, photo prints, and craft projects.

✨ Glossy or Matte Finish Choices: Choose a glossy finish for vivid colors and shine, or a matte finish for a subtle, glare-free, professional look — perfect for crafts, art prints, packaging, or photography work.

🖨️ Versatile — Works with Many Materials: Compatible with vinyl stickers, paper, cardstock, photos, printed labels, and more. Great for scrapbooks, handmade cards, posters, decals, and decorative projects.

✂️ Easy Application — DIY Friendly: Simply peel off the backing and press the laminate over your print or craft with a roller or squeegee. No heat or special machine required — perfect for at-home crafters and small-batch makers.

🖨️ Use the Correct Printer Settings
make it a sheet of paper

1. Design & Print

Design your sticker artwork using your preferred program (e.g. a PNG at 300 DPI for sharp results).

Load your printable vinyl/sticker paper into your printer (make sure you’re printing on the correct side).

Print your designs, and then let the ink dry completely — wait at least 15–30 min (longer for wetter inkjet prints) before laminating.

2. Apply the Self-Adhesive Laminate

Cut a piece of self-adhesive laminate sheet slightly larger than your printed sheet.

Peel back about an inch (or a short strip) of the laminate backing to expose the adhesive.

Carefully align the exposed edge of the laminate with the edge of your sticker sheet. Press that edge down firmly.

Use a squeegee, credit-card, or scraper tool to slowly press down the laminate, smoothing from the center outward to push out air bubbles. As you press, gradually peel away the rest of the backing.

Once fully laminated, trim away any excess laminate from the edges.

3. Cut Your Stickers

Place your laminated sticker sheet on a clean cutting mat and load into your cutting machine.

In the cutting software choose a material setting appropriate for laminated sticker paper (e.g. “Vinyl + Laminate,” “Sticker Paper,” or similar).

Often you may need to increase the cut pressure slightly so the blade cuts through the laminate + vinyl layers cleanly.

Run a test cut first (small shape) to confirm your settings are correct before cutting the full sheet.

4. Remove & Finish

Once cut, carefully peel the stickers off their backing. For “kiss cut” stickers — only the sticker paper layer is cut, leaving backing intact. For “die cut” — the cut goes through laminate, vinyl, and backing.

Smooth out any rough edges if needed and optionally wipe down the finished stickers to remove dust or fingerprints.

5. Tips for Best Results 👍

Use a flat, clean surface while applying laminate (tabletop, cutting mat, etc.) — avoid textured or fragile surfaces.

Work slowly and carefully during lamination — rushing can cause air bubbles or misalignment.

For water-resistant or outdoor-ready stickers, use a high-quality laminate sheet and ensure full coverage over the print before cutting.

If cutting machine doesn’t cut cleanly through laminate + vinyl, try increasing cut pressure or using a fine-point blade designed for vinyl/sticker paper.

✂️ General Cutting Tips for All Machines

📏 Do a Test Cut First – Always run a small test shape to make sure your blade depth and pressure are correct.

🧽 Keep Your Mat Clean – A dust-free, slightly sticky mat helps your vinyl stay flat and prevents shifting.

🔪 Check Your Blade – A dull blade causes tearing. Replace or clean it regularly for the cleanest cuts.

🎯 Use “Printable Vinyl” or “Sticker Paper” Settings – These presets are designed for this material type and minimize over-cutting.
🐢 Slow the Speed – Slow cutting dramatically improves line quality for tiny shapes.

✨ Use an Offset Tool – Adding a very small offset (0.01–0.05) can help keep thin lines from tearing.
